Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We typically ship orders for ATS goods In 2-3 business days, but processing times could be longer so please allow at least a 14 day ship window for ATS. 

Where do you ship from?

All products are shipped from Long Beach, CA.

What shipping service do you use?

The shipping carrier used is UPS unless other courier is requested with shipping account info. 

How do I place an order for something that is sold out or for a future delivery? 

Preorders and out-of-stock products will need to be placed through our sales team hello@touchandgoinc.com.

Returns & Defective Merchandise

What is your wholesale policy for returns?

All sales final. Please contact us if there are any issues with an order received. 

How do you handle defective goods?

Rejection of any faulty goods or notification of delivery discrepancies against the PO must be notified to Wyeth in writing within 7 calendar days of actual receipt of the goods. In the case of defective items we will proceed with the RMA process to replace the goods or provide a refund. If the customer fails to comply with the provisions of this clause it shall remain liable for the price of the goods as if the goods had been delivered in accordance with the purchase order.

How does your one-size fit technology work?

Wyeth hats designed to be fully adjustable and are One Size (O/S) measuring 57cm, unless otherwise marked. 


Each hat has an innovative velcro adjuster strap on the inside of the cotton twill sweatband so that you can adjust the size and achieve the PERFECT fit.

How do you care for your hats?

For small stains, you can try using a mild soap, dilute it slightly. Dab just a little bit on with your fingers, scrub with a gentle cloth or a sponge. Then dampen another cloth with warm water to remove the soap. Less is more when it comes to cleaning!

How do you travel with your hats?

If your hat has a stiff brim it is best traveling on your head or carried. Most of our floppy styles are foldable and packable but still require TLC.

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.
