Wholesale Terms

 

Minimum Orders/Reorders:

For Immediate orders: $400 Minimum Order. 

For pre-orders we have a $450 Min opening order. 

Ordering Options

Immediate Orders: 

Our online store contains inventory available in stock and for pre-order. Our in stock items are the only ones available for wholesale currently. Please do not order items that are listed as pre-order. 

Payment options:

We offer Credit Card payment via Visa, MasterCard, and Amex as well as Paypal and Apple Pay on our website. Payments are made through the Shopify platform. 

Prices:

Subject to change without notice. Prices listed are wholesale, FOB Long Beach, CA and do not include insurance, applicable surcharges, taxes or duties, all of which are buyers' responsibility.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified with account information. Orders are shipped FOB Long Beach, CA. Pricing is based on weight, volume and distance. Please call or email hello@touchandgoinc.com for any special shipping requests. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders should be checked for discrepancies upon arrival.

 ATS usually ships in 2-3 business days but please allow at least a 14 day ship window for ATS. 

International Shipping:

We do ship internationally.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

All sales final. Please contact us if there are any issues with an order received.

Defective and Misships

Rejection of any faulty goods or notification of delivery discrepancies against the PO must be notified to Wyeth in writing within 7 calendar days of actual receipt of the goods. In the case of defective items we will proceed with the RMA process to replace the goods or provide a refund. If the customer fails to comply with the provisions of this clause it shall remain liable for the price of the goods as if the goods had been delivered in accordance with the purchase order.

All returns must be received within 2 weeks of authorization. Merchandise Credit will be issued upon approval, for the purchase price only, less any discounts that were applied, shipping costs are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and must be in unused original condition. 

 

Internet and Co-op sales:

Buyer shall not, without prior written authorization, sell seller’s merchandise on a third party website, through eBay or any other Internet auction or discount site, or through a co-op or group sale. Seller shall have the right to suspend deliveries and may terminate this and all other contracts with buyer in the event of any unauthorized sales by buyer. Buyer’s authorized use of seller’s trademarks or images of seller’s merchandise must be tasteful and appropriate as determined solely by seller.
